Ingredients are the foundation of recipes, formulations, nutrition analysis, and labeling activities within Genesis Foods. The Ingredients Dashboard provides a centralized location to search, manage, and maintain ingredient records used throughout your organization.
View & Search Ingredients
Select Ingredients from the Navigation Menu
You can further filter the list of ingredients by:
- entering a keyword search.
- toggling between Status and Version filters.
- using dropdown menus to filter by tags, products and suppliers.
Note: While the system initially shows the first 1,000 records, you can now toggle to display all Ingredients up to a 10,000 Ingredient cap.
Download Ingredient Lists
Download a .csv file of all Ingredients by using the download icon in the top right corner.
Manage Access Groups
Search and select items to share with different groups.
Filter by a tag (for example, Fruits)
Confirm that you have the expected number of results.
Click on the Actions menu in the top right hand corner and click Manage Access Groups.
Search for the appropriate Access Group, click the top check box to select all, and click Apply to add all Ingredients with that Tag to an Access Group.
