When enabled, our AI Assistant AskReg will now alert users to any restricted additives in their Ingredients or sub-Ingredients both on the updated Dashboard and on the Ingredient page. AskReg will scan a customer’s database and alert them if they are using non-compliant Ingredients or sub-Ingredients. AskReg suggestions are authority specific and will update automatically when there are changes made to the ingredient or sub-ingredient.
On the Dashboard
If all ingredients are compliant, the dashboard will reflect that no restrictive additives were detected.
If there are non-compliant ingredients or sub-ingredients, the Dashboard card will be updated, and the user can review details by clicking on “Learn more.”
The user will then see a new dashboard that displays the restricted additives found and links out to the affected ingredients and the regulations on those additives.
Note: Archived Ingredients that contain potentially restricted additives will not display on the dashboard.
On the (draft) Ingredient Page
Users will see an Alert banner in the Ingredient Statement section of a draft Ingredient and an alert icon next to Ingredient Statement in the Quick Links menu.
