Updated Recipe Formulation Search
When creating a Recipe formulation, users can search for food items and select the appropriate food from the search results by clicking on it to add it to the cart. Once an item is checked and added to the cart on the right, users can continue to search for additional items by typing new search terms in the field and only hit apply once all ingredients have been selected.
Show All Results on Ingredient, Recipe, Label Dashboards
While the system initially shows the first 1,000 records on your dashboard, you can now toggle to show all Ingredients, Recipes, or Labels up to a 10,000-item cap.
In addition, you can also use this feature to add more than 1,000 Ingredients to a single Access Group. You can search by Tag and then manage Access Groups from the search page where you can add all related Ingredients to a single Access Group at once.
Canada Child / Infant Profiles
When creating Labels for Recipes targeting an Infant (less than 12 months old) or Child (1-3 years) under the Canada Authority, additional reference Daily Value options are now available. Labels can be created with an Adult, Infant or Child calculation under the Canada authority.
Addition of Alias Column in Food Comparison Report
Users can display the Alias of food items in the Food Comparison Report by adding the column in the Column Data & Settings screen.
Canada Nutrient Content Claims
Genesis Foods can now identify the Canadian Nutrient Content Claims a recipe qualifies for and allow the user to select the preferred description to use for each claim. Some claims (i.e. No added sodium/sugar) will require you to confirm that the recipe meets compliance requirements. Once selected, all claims will be visible in the Packaging Assets report.
Dynamic Label Width (Linear Labels)
Users can resize Linear labels to better accommodate data on the label or the packaging size.
Label width can be adjusted in pixels, inches, millimeters, or centimeters.
