Genesis Foods now supports copying Labels. This action is not making a new version; instead, copying will completely restart the Audit Trail.
- Open the label to copy.
- Click on Actions and select Copy.
3. Enter a new name for the Copy of the Label in the pop-up box that appears.
4. Click Make a Copy.
This feature will allow the user to save time by creating master templates of their label formats as the Display Options, Serving Options and Mandatory and Voluntary Nutrients selections will be duplicated. For example, a user could create a copy of a current recipe with a Standard Vertical Template and name the copy Standard Vertical Template.
With this new feature, each time the user needs a Standard Vertical Template with their organization's standards, the user can open the template, make a copy, and swap out the recipe, while keeping all the previous Settings and Nutrient options (see example below).
